[aprssig] UIview Notes and Precision Mapping Pages On My Website Updated

I have made some significant updates and changes to the UIview pages on
my website. These changes reflect the fact that Precision Mapping 7 has
now been superseded by Precision Mapping 8.x for over two years now.

The notes on install procedures for Precision Mapping 7 versus
Precision Mapping 8.x were getting steadily more confusing as each one
developed it's own set of updates and patches.

I have now removed the information on installing and using Precision
Mapping 7 that was on my main UIview Notes page at

     <http://wa8lmf.net/aprs/uiview_notes.htm>

and have placed it on a new page dedicated exclusively to Precision
Mapping 7 at

    <http://wa8lmf.net/aprs/pmap7_notes.htm>

Hopefully, this will reduce the confusion for new visitors to the main
UIview page (that are primarily interested in the newest Precision
Mapping 8.1) that always wind up seeing the PMap 7 into first.

Precision Mapping 8.x info has always had it's own page at
