[aprssig] Object Definition vs third-party traffic?

OK, sorry for the misunderstanding. If you said WX4MLB was not an  
IGate I missed that.

There is a reason a person may choose to send a packet like this. It  
will not appear on the APRS IS since third party packets are filtered  
out. It you want to send something on RF and not have it seen on the  
APRS IS, this is the best way to do it.
