[aprssig] Separate APRS frequency for object query

To have it available on RF would require an infrastructure of antennas, 
radios, and TNCs all tuned to the separate frequency.  Given that we 
don't have 100% coverage on 144.390, good luck getting additional 
coverage on another frequency!.
