[aprssig] Pagers as part of the Text Messaging Initiative

Would people sign up for the ARRL if they did cover these 
things?  I've seen (not necessarily here) disdain toward the 
ARRL.  If certain things mean more memberships and we benefit from 
their lobbying power, I say it's a win for both sides of the situation.
