Lawyers and maybe lobbyists are one way.  In theory the ARRL ought to be 
looking out for our interests and should be able to help out - does 
anyone know if they're active legally besides tower issues and BPL?  I 
never hear anything about VHF/UHF issues.  I can think of a few proposed 
rule changes to bring before the FCC.
