No they don't because:

1)  The majority of these clueless appliance operators are running 
TX-only devices so they don't see the digi beacon. 

2)  The all-in-one box can't be easily switched to another TX channel.

3)  The clueless appliance operator bought the all-in-one preprogrammed 
at the factory because they have too much trouble trying to get 
USB<-->serial dongles and gender changers going to program the device 
themselves...
