Any models ending in 'L' run Linux and have decent levels of
memory. These are usually only available through mail order here in
the states, maybe at a Frys (for those who have one near them).

The newer WRT54G's v5+ and WRT54GS v4+ are VXworks based, low memory,
no removable antennas (namely on the high side of the version numbers), etc.

There are ways to load Linux on the new units, but with 2mb RAM 2mb
Flash, it's worth a little extra money to get the better units and
avoid the headache in the first place.
