Geeze, I'm glad this group isn't tracking down a repeater jammer. Here you have a transmitter telling you within 20 yds of where it is on Earth, yet no one can find it? Come on... put out an APB via APRS's bulletin feature or call/email somebody within driving range and take digital photos. Truckers do have to stop for sleep/rest breaks. This would appear WAY easier than to chase down the illegal 10M truck ops in our CW/phone portion of our bands. They don't send POS reports, only foul language and roger beeps.
If this thing ends up in NH, ME, northeast MA... I'll be on my way... photos only.
