[aprssig] West Coast ISS Igates on 145.825?

I'll be happy to put one up if I can come up with an antenna.  Is ISS 
the only thing still worth listening for?  If I wanted to get fancy I 
could probably have PREDICT calculate what's coming up next and switch 
frequencies automatically...
