[aprssig] gps/tnc linkup

Ah, yeah, that too.  :-)  My eTrex Vista HCx definitely does the USB Storage thing when I plug it into my PC, and I've searched around all the docs, and it is only got a USB slave/client/whatever.  No host mode, and no RS-232 Serial buried on secret pins.

I bought it knowing all this, hence the GPS board hanging off my Kenwood TH-D7...
