I had an idle morning and a bug-report from Hessu, thus I begun to
do some work on it.

Mainly this concentrates on BEACON bugs.  Very subtle ones at that.

The  aprx-manual.pdf  has also more text on <digipeater> definition,
clarifications on <beacon> entries, etc.
Feedback is welcome.  (Including notes about my ways to mutilate the English
language... and of course about things needing clarification.)

Pre-compiled binary is made for Debian4 (runs also on Debian5 and derivatives).
Next I will have a look if I can make Fedora rpm for this on some stable
published platform - I run way too fresh development versions myself.
