I am definitely seeing some WX alerts coming through all the time. But as
far as I can tell none are in the US.  I knew that wxsvr shut down quite
some time ago, but I thought Pete's replacement was already on line.

I'm basing my guess that these aren't in the US from the zone designators, 
which don't look familiar.
