[aprssig] VX8 and APRS+SA

I still run APRS+SA.. does mostly what I want.

However, I've found a quirk. It seems to not display any packets from 
KC5EVE-9, which is a VX-8. I have a filter with him explicitly in there:

first.aprs.net 14580 # filter 
b/kc5eve*/KC5EVE-9/n5ac*/n0vh*/wd5iyt*/wd0acd* r/30/-97/1500 -p/CW

I added the upper case KC5EVE-9  restarted the program. That did not 
help. I also ran the program with no filter. I see other KC5EVE's   -0 
-12 -13 -14 -8  But those are other things, not VX-8's.
 
Mark was out yesterday (17th) and today (18th) local afternoon time in 
CO. His -9 packets showed up on both Findu and APRS.FI.
 
Any thoughts?
