[aprssig] spaces in object names

Geez Pete, you just can't let it go.
It does not matter what the definition of printable spaces. You
believe what you want, I believe what I want. It does not even matter
what the intent of the APRS WG was when we invoked that phrase.
What we need to do is to discuss what to do with spaces in objects.
Allow or not. Trailing spaces significant or not. And no personal
attacks. PLEASE!
