[aprssig] Differential GPS?

I have used it in the past on several Cows In Space projects. At least
4 grad students owe degrees to APRS and, in fact, the DGPS feature.
I have to agree with Lance, though: Save embedded-controller devices,
who's suffering from code-space issues now that DOS isn't the order of
the day?
