[aprssig] APRS CQ - clarification

Once you send to the CQSRVR, one time, you don't send to the server again. If you do (or if your radio keeps sending because it didn't get the ack - if, indeed an ACk is sent), you get that message.
All subsequent messages are supposed to go direct to other members of that group. The server is only to establish first contact by telling you hwo joins. Notice that messages you receive come from stations in the group, not the server. When stations register, after you, the server makes it look like you got it direct. That way you only need to do a "reply".
I'm putting together a short tutorial. The explanation on APRS-IS leaves some inferences to the reader. I'll have to read Pete's version
