Sort of, you can create at least 1 object via the btext.

while it is mostly used for repeaters,
BText ;146.835-a*111111zDDMM.hhN/DDDMM.hhWrT123 R45m Net 9PM Th AARC

but it suppose it could be used for something else, like
BText ;hospital *111111zDDMM.hhN/DDDMM.hhWhFrederick Memorial 7th St.
