[aprssig] Voice Repeater Frequency Objects

A frequency object packet should look like this:
;FFF.FFxyz*111111zDDMM.hhN/DDDMM.hhWrTnnn RXXm NETxxxxxx MTGxxxxx

For example
;147.105+D*111111z3853.76N/07639.30WrT107 R30m Net 7PM Tu AARC

The Tnnn should follow the object's symbol, but in the object given,
/A=002165 follows the object's symbol.

;145.470- *111659z4658.87N/12308.42WrT100 R95m Net Su8PM ALT=2165f

I suppose Kenwood's software could be rewritten to find the Tnnn
anywhere within the packet, but then again, what about Net T730p?
