I've sent a couple of messages to K3TAL pointing out that K3TAL-10
appears to be North of the Chesapeake Bay bridge in open water. I've
sailed right by the spot and have assured that he isn't there.

I believe K3TAL-10 is a UHF Packet node.

Does anyone know Brent? If I have wickered out things properly his
position should be shown as 38d 47.303'N 76d 17.683'W.
