When I started looking into this, I had all the traffic data at my fingertips. I just couldn't get it into APRS-IS in a sensible way. Now, I don't (we sold that part of the business). I'll see if I can resurrect the technology. It's not hard, just tedious; the data is public. Every state formats it differently. Some make access difficult.
