[aprssig] Universal APRS messaging

The problem was mine, there was a missing tag. I am surprised that the  
browser choked on it and wasn't able to power through. Forgetting  
closing tags is a pretty common problem, most browsers try to continue  
through errors. In this case, most browsers close the title tag when  
the end of header tag is reached. That was why I hadn't noticed the  
error before. You'd think a company that ships so much buggy stuff  
would be more forgiving of other people's mistakes ;-)
