[aprssig] OpenAPRS has assumed "EMAIL" alias(was UniversalMessaging)

Right now OpenAPRS is faking the APRS message back as the alias they used,
so if they sent the message to EMAIL it gets acked from EMAIL or E
respectively.  I need to add N6NAR in the path to make the message is
tracable back to us still but that should be done by Saturday.
