[aprssig] APRS needs... (Part II)

This is currently capable with what he have today. Both Xastir and
UI-View allow users over a network to connect to an instance attached to
the IS and RF. So if you had a ZipIt you could just connect over the
network (WiFi) and be good to go. Of course WiFi is going to have
significant distance issues.
