[aprssig] simple and cheap digapeater?

I thought I'd heard lately that the price of the DR-135T had gone up, 
but I still see it at Gigaparts for $169.  Add $75 for the T2-135 board, 
and you're still only up to $244.

The KPC-3+, on the other hand, seems to be up to about $200 now.
