[aprssig] Low-cost weather station

I have a couple of places I'd like to watch with something like this. 
Price point would be an issue, but the simplification of a ready-to-go 
interface and TNC would make it worth more overall. I'm mostly 
interested right now in wind speed and direction, but the rest would be 
swell, too.
