[aprssig] antenna pointing based on ARS position report?

I started working on that for the T2.  If there's a common format for an 
RS-232 rotor controller, let me know and I can have something ready for 
testing in an hour or so, if it's simple.  The T2 already has the 
ability to calculate range and bearing, so it'd be fairly simple to have 
it output a string (probably in place of the waypoint output) to set an 
intelligent rotor controller.
