[aprssig] GPS Power and RS232

I have a whole bunch of boards left over from my own
version of the Deluo/Kenwood adapter I designed.  I
have been meaning to list them on the site for about
$1 each.

Even though it was meant for connecting a Deluo to a
Kenwood, it can be used otherwise since there are pads
for these connections.  The 7805 and caps are part of
the main board for the power regulation.

If you are interested, let me know and I will get it
added.
