Byonics makes some cables to do that.  Also, he has a RS-232 to USB
connector which taps the +5 volts to power a GPS.  You could probably come
up with a Y-cord to split the data.  http://www.byonics.com/tinytrak/gps.php
If you go the second route, make certain it will power your GPS.  I have two
it will, and one it won't, due to the current draw.
