[aprssig] Small LINUX build

Hi Rich,
Well, I sort of cheated a bit by starting with version 8.2, which seemed to run better on the odd-ball PC that I was using to experiment with. It's a good bit smaller than the more recent ones. If I recall, I also had a hard time installing directly to the CF module (in an IDE adapter), so I created a 512mb partition on a hard disk, installed it to there, then did a 'dd' from the disk to the CF.
But, basically, I ran the normal installer, started with the "minimum system, non graphical" (or words to that effect), and then added a few things I needed (networking stuff), and took out stuff I didn't. As I said, there's still a lot of stuff in there that I have no need for, and more that I have no idea what it even does. There's an old saying that might apply to this... "The way to make a TV set cheaper is to keep clipping out parts until it stops working, then put the last one back in". :-)
