pretty good? xastir is the most useful APRS app I've ever seen.

The advantage to Qt is that it's a cross platform GUI development
environment.  Our software engineering students are currently
demonstrating a GUI application developed in 3 weeks, and required to
demonstrate it on Windows, linux, and Mac OS.  Qt is pretty impressive
for its cross-platform capability.
