1500 km from my home position will cover most of Northern Europe, not
just the border region of south-eastern Norway.

I probably could, but I have set up the range to see the north
European APRS traffic and I like to have it set up that way.
The network analysis program is available out there somewhere; I
thought I knew, but I can't find the URL any more.

I'm sure that you or others are free to generate such a list. The
network analysis tool I am using (by M0CYP, I think) doesn't seem to
allow such a filtering.
