[aprssig] OT: Windows XP Service Pack 3

I've been running Fedora for quite a while and I haven't had any 
problems with updates.  No rebooting (except for kernel upgrades), 
security patches available ASAP not once a month, you can even do 
upgrades and roll backs to and from development very quickly and painlessly.
