   Unfortunately I can't recall who it was, as it was a couple of years 
ago.  I do remember that he posted something else on the QRP-L QRP list 
asking who he should call at the FCC to complain that someone on AOL was 
"pirating" his callsign, because they had an NXXXX account name.  Just 
one of those kinds of people, I guess.

   The callsign-cops who have sent those kinds of notes in the past have 
been, as far as I recall, always been people who I'd never heard of 
before.  Certainly not any 'regulars' from the lists.  Maybe it makes 
them feel important.
