[aprssig] APRS 6m MeteorScatter net

Bob, seems logical to link various environmental sensors (e.g. radiation,
specific-protein sensors, etc.) to a robust meteor telemetry mesh system.
Kind of a super-sensor network watching our borders and homeland... If I
remember correctly, their was some buzz about this in the APRS group some
time ago so sorry if this is old hat.

I have been prototyping such a system using commercial satellite and
cellular hardware so if you guys want I can keep the group informed of my
experiments here in NJ...  would much rather use nature's satellites :-)
