[aprssig] packet error (K3ZMC-1)

This digi is intermittently off the air so K3ZMC-1,WIDE2,1 wouldn't
work. I don't use a 3 hop path (aside from 45 min per week during the
skywarn net), however I have to use "WIDE3-2" to avoid everything being
truncated to 1 hop.
The unfortunate part is that it appears to others like I'm using an abusive
path when I am not.
This is an old PacComm digi however, and it is set up according to the guide
on fix14439. I can't fault them on that, But Bob's suggestion to use
WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1 would have me bringing up too many stations.
It is also sending out 2 lines with no APRS formatting FWIW:
K3ZMC-1>APNP20,WIDE2-2,qAS,N3XKU:http:/www.paarc.net
K3ZMC-1>APNP20,WIDE2-2,qAS,N3XKU:http://www.paarc.net/net
One is an error and neither gets logged properly by APRS software. I guess
I will try to contact via their website.

Rich
