	I have posted ALogger 3.1.1 at http://www.billdiaz.dynip.com

	This version provides capabilities to support the capture and gating
of packets received via 6 Meter meteor scatter using various TNC's.  All
valid packets can be logged and gated to the APRS-IS. Periodic position
beacons can be sent via the TNC as well.
