ETI-2 is using a MT8000FA which has a 8 watt onboard 2 meter radio as 
part of the deal.

I agree that hanging Byon isn't the answer.  We've no idea how the 
purchase happened and using such a device without a license is 
ultimately the bigger issue.  Owning one affects no-one, using it 
affects the rest of us who hold licenses.
