[aprssig] 16x16 icon set on transparent background?

You're making a lot of assumptions about my application that you know
absolutely nothing about.  There are no HTTP requests involved.  It's not a
web application.

Please don't tell me how to write my application until you have an
understanding of what it even DOES.

I appreciate your input on the icon set.
