[aprssig] APRS on DSTAR radio

- Jeff sent a photo of the 1 uF cap he added
- to make his RC-D710 plug-n-play compatible
- with the ICOM 2820 DSTAR radio (analog side).
- Its now on this APRS-DSTAR display page:

Still waiting to see if someone can find a source of 300 mA
regulated 10 volts to power the RC-D710 APRS display head from
the ICOM radio to save the $90 bucks for the PG-5J regulator and
interface cable..
