Phew, I wasn't expecting such a large response.
Here's how I'm looking at it.
I live and work in Waterford. If I happen to be driving through some
other down and need Fuel, It would be very useful to be able to query
a server and get the closest/cheapest 5 or 10 stations (given that
there can be a 15-20% difference) to where I am at the moment. I
would have thought that for a traveller unfamiliar to the area, it
would be quite a useful feature to have.
