[aprssig] Mobile Displays on FINDU & .FI

I should have specified where the window was, I know there is a lot of data
to sort through there. From what I've noticed my TM-D700 only displays 3
lines actively when a packet is received so that's what it's limited to but
I need to watch some other packets go by on the D700 to see how it handles
overflows etc.
I'll see if I can make it stand out a bit more...
The second line I think is actually 10 characters but what you don't see if
the space at the end of the line. It just happens that the 10 characters
ended up on the space between Midn-N and outside. Would be tempting to show
periods instead of spaces but that could get confusing.
