146.850 is telling that the operator is listening to that frequency.
V-alert is showing that the operator will hear direct voice calls (and
APRS packets heard directly) on the APRS frequency (in your area:
144.390) if the caller is sending a subtone of 100 Hz along with the
APRS packets (easiest done by programming the subtone when setting up
the APRS channel as a memory channel)
