At last week's Radio Expo at the L.A. County Fair, I saw a white hard 
hat with a UHF ATV setup on it.  The system had  a pinhole-type CCD 
security cam on the front,  a milliwatt UHF transmitter inside the top 
of the hat, and a UHF quarter-wave (with no ground plane) sticking out 
the top.   The final touch was that the whip had a white plastic Icom 
pig impaled on it....
