[aprssig] Operating both GO32 and ECHO from the mobile

I came up with a minor hack and can command split-band data commuincations. This will allow a single-click setup for a D7 for different modes including GO-32, Terrestrial APRS, and PCSAT (145.825). The secret word was: "DTB 2". DTB 0 and DTB 1 are the only ones documented.
