Pete did not add any filters to javAPRSSrvr.  The server sysops, out of
deference to the thousands of users of APRS-IS, have excluded packets
originated from the GO32 satellite to prevent excessive waste of
bandwidth that would be experienced by ALL full feed users and
providers.  The filtering which is being properly implemented by the
server sysops does not prevent digipeated packets from being passed,
only GO32 -originated- packets.

PS: Steve, the old versions of javAPRSSrvr you use are not authorized
per my license agreement due to the unmaintainable bugs that are present
in them.
