[aprssig] "Battle of the TNCs" with WA8LMF's TNC Test CD?

For the Tracker2, I've been getting around 910. 967 for the KPC-3
(non-plus), 970 for the uTNT, and 991 for the Tracker2 with a TCM3105
(tapped from a KPC-3). With the new active input filter the T2 should be up
in the 950's or so, but the Proto D board is so messed up as to be almost
unusable. I'll have to spin off another rev with some fixes.
The fact that with the same demodulated bitstream as the KPC-3, the T2
decodes more than the KPC-3 itself tells me that the clock recovery code
works really well. The older (but still available and very inexpensive)
XR2211 chip just needs a little more coaxing to get the same level of
performance.

I think the OpenTracker+ was in the 500s at last check. I'll be working to
improve that - it's just my first pass at a software-based demodulator.
