[aprssig] D700 configuration

I know this has been sent once before, but I could not find info in the 
archives easily. I just got a Kenwood D700 and am trying to get it to 
report my position.

I have a Garmin II+ in NEMA mode. I believe I have the radio set up, but 
I cannot find my position being reported. I can hear other stations, and 
can see their data string. Currently my path is WIDE2-1.

Is there a simple configureation step for the D700 I can follow and get 
on the air quickly?
