It's not a Tornado Symbol. It is the SKYWARN logo symbol. If
your client is showing a tornado, then check its symbol files.

Unless stations practice and prepare when there is not severe
weather, then they will most likely not be ready, nor prepared,
nor operational when there is severe weather. The SKYWARN
symbol reprsents nothing more than a trained and ready skywarn
