It could look as if they didn't have any knowledge of the countries at
all - a bad thing for a company selling maps. But, well, Precision
Mapping is no practical mapping tool outside north USA and Canada.

It arrived here with Spam in the heading; I should have removed that
word when replying, though (but I must have forgotten that).

According to the headers in your original message when it arrived to
me, this one is the only one with a spam score higher than 0,0:
||X-tis-spam: score=17.69330 (701302,709999,704425,701799,704341,703788,
||700293,701249,710739,700756,703378,701278,700078,705957,703371,703334,
||121112,101091,702254,702652,701674,187068,704692,700624,708792,701594,
||707667,702792,708390,705424,701735,700421,703835,700206,702762,708634,
||703442,701718,700657,708557,701455,705637,710436,704533,700842,700615,
||113131,702638,700014,700289,708221,705438,701987,702466,700219,700073,
||139704,111639,700970,139703,700047,140026,147018,150644,150675,148051)

It's going through a couple of spam checks, but the "X-tis-spam" line
was almost at the bottom of the headers; probably a very early
checkpoint.
