[aprssig] Compatible GPS for waypoint upload?

In NMEA mode, it used to plot a unique numbered waypoint, but that was
fixed.  Truthfully, I have not been able to use it with my t2 tracker in
garmin host mode.  I think it does not recognize the command you send it to
make it send periodic positions... doesn't work with netstumbler in garmin
mode either.  But it does work fine in NMEA and/or textoutput modes with
netstumbler.
